The Alumni Affairs team will verify the details from our record, update your data and provide you with the login credentials.

Alumni Card
You must fill up the form to request for the card which will be delivered to you on your mailing addresses. Residents outside Pakistan can authorize someone in the country to collect the card on their behalf.
Once your information is received you will receive the card for free (First Time).

You can get your Alumni card by logging onto LUMHS Alumni
Update your profile since your information will be automatically downloaded by the system. We would extract your:
o Name
o Graduation Year
o CNIC/Passport No.
o Address
o City
o Profile Picture (high resolution with a plain, professional backdrop in .jpeg or .png format. Maximum photo size should be 300 x 400 pixels in width and height.)
